HOW TO USE
PREPARATION OF THE SUPPORT: after having sanded the floor with a suitable metal grain to obtain the desired flooring effect, it will be possible to apply MICRO-FILLER.
PREPARATION OF THE SUPPORT: collect the sanding dust and mix with the product until you obtain a grout of the desired density, obviously maintaining a certain fluidity so that it can be easily worked on the surface for which it is intended; for really very small cracks or porosities the product can be diluted up to a ratio of 1:1 with water.
APPLICATION: apply and let dry for no less than 6/12 hours, depending on the ambient temperature, wait until the drying is completely uniform and there are no dark spots (due to the presence of water). In any case, physically check that catalysis has taken place by lightly scraping a small part (even with a micro screwdriver), which must be consistently hard. When the surface is ready to be sanded, you can apply metal grit and then proceed with the subsequent phases of densification, smoothing and polishing of the concrete surface.
The treatment is to be considered for internal use, do not apply at temperatures below 5°C. It is recommended to avoid washing the surface for a period of 7 days after the final treatment in order to avoid any adverse reactions.
STORAGE
The product must be stored in the original containers, hermetically sealed, at temperatures between 10 and 30°C, protected from direct sunlight and in a ventilated area. In these conditions the product has a shelf life of 12 months from the date of the delivery note. If the material has been kept beyond the recommended shelf life, it is not necessarily unusable but a quality control must be performed beforehand on the characteristics pertaining to the application.
